Ladies Night Out- Holiday

Details for the Evening:

- Tickets are $20 per person. Due to the popularity of this event, it will be on two evenings for you to choose between. With this ticket you will receive 5 alcoholic drinks (3 oz each), non-alcoholic drinks, bites and access to the amazing deals and discounts throughout Downtown Glen Ellyn. Reserve your tickets before they sell out. Tickets are non-refundable. This is a 21+ event. Event time is 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm.

- When you purchase your ticket, you will choose which store you register at to receive your wristband and program. This is ONLY the FIRST stop for the evening. After registration you can stroll around to all 20 participating stores.

- You will receive 5 total (3 oz) alcoholic drinks for the evening, plus small bites, non-alcoholic beverages and discounts throughout the shops. Everyone does need a ticket. Alcoholic beverages are to remain inside the stores and cannot be brought on to the sidewalks.

- As this event is to create walking between stores, there is no more than one beverage per store.

- Tickets will not be sold the night of the event. There are no refunds, and all sales are final.

- Check in at your first store (identified on your ticket) any time after 5pm. The rest of the evening is up to you!

- Deadline for ticket sales is the night prior at midnight!

- Your purchased e-ticket goes through our ticketing system called Ticket Tailor, who uses PayPal. Your credit card receipt will show the transaction to be through PayPal. We have received calls inquiring about your PayPal transactions.

Severe Weather Policy

Unless otherwise indicated, outdoor events occur rain or shine. If lightning or other dangerous weather is imminent or present, Downtown Glen Ellyn reserves the right to cancel or delay any remaining event activities. Updates on the status of an interrupted or canceled event will be posted to Facebook and Instagram @downtownglenellyn. Please note that event websites and social media pages may not be immediately updated to reflect weather-related changes. If a ticketed event is canceled, Downtown Glen Ellyn will email ticket buyers with options for their unused tickets.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued. If a ticketed event is canceled, Downtown Glen Ellyn will email ticket purchasers to advise them of available options.

PayPal

Our ticketing platform, Ticket Tailor, processes payments through PayPal, which is what will appear on your credit card statement. You do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase. Please note that these charges correspond to your event tickets from Downtown Glen Ellyn.

Photo/Video Policy

Downtown Glen Ellyn takes photographs and videos of attendees for the purpose of promoting our events, programs, membership, and community initiatives. By attending any Downtown Glen Ellyn event or promotion, the participant (or parent/guardian of a minor participant) agrees to the use and distribution of their image/likeness (or that of a minor child/ward) in photographs, video recordings, and any other electronic reproductions of such activities for any purpose, without inspection, compensation, or any other consideration now or in the future unless noted prior to the event.

ABOUT THE ALLIANCE

The Alliance of Downtown Glen Ellyn is a 501c6 non-profit organization comprised of dedicated business owners with a goal to be an economic driver for the central business district and to create Glen Ellyn as a destination for Chicagoland. We are supported by the Village of Glen Ellyn, members, sponsors, and events.

Our goal is to increase foot traffic and sales in the central business district by marketing promotions and planning events that heighten awareness and visibility of Downtown Glen Ellyn. We promote Downtown Glen Ellyn as a destination for shoppers and diners, not only for Glen Ellyn residents, but also for visitors from surrounding communities of Chicago.
