Talk and book signing with Glen Ellyn’s own Melanie Benjamin, author of Alice I Have Been, a work of historical fiction based on the life of Alice Liddell, the real Alice in Wonderland.
Melanie Benjamin will be joined by Kelly O’Connor McNees, the Chicago author of The Lost Summer of Louisa May Alcott. They will discuss the risks and joys of writing about literary icons.
